The service department is wonderful but the guy that called to schedule my service appointment leaves a lot to be desired to say the least.

My experience was exceptional. The service agent, Hayden, was very informative and hands on. He assisted and handled every situation and circumstance with confidence and care. We were in town for a family emergency and it was time for my service. Hayden was able to remove one thing from our journey. I am very pleased with Hayden and the service technician that worked on my vehicle. Again, my experience was very pleasant.

I can't praise Toyota of Montgomery highly enough. I was driving from Vicksburg to Savannah for a funeral when my truck broke down outside Montgomery. Got a tow to the dealership, and man, did they help me out in a big way. Inspected my truck that afternoon, gave me an estimate, rented me a car and promised to be done in a day and a half, when I'd be returning to Mississippi. The mechanics did a great job. The truck runs 100% better now (yeah, I'd been lazy on maintenance, shame on me, so you guys probably saved me tons of $). The service, communication and friendliness of everybody (especially the gals at the rental desk and Mesha, my advisor) were absolutely amazing. And deeply appreciated in the middle of a funeral and a lot of driving. Thank you, Toyota of Montgomery. If I ever buy another vehicle (I may not, tacomas last forever) I may well drive over to Montgomery and do business with y'all. Thank you!

I recently bought a new Tundra at Toyota of Montgomery. Victor (sales) and LP (finance) were the people we interacted with most during the buying process. They both were extremely professional and nice people! The dealership is an hour away but I was so impressed with the service Department check in procedures that I may make the drive to have my Tundra serviced there! And when I buy my next Toyota I will be doing that at Toyota of Montgomery!
